Did not appreciate the absence of customer service. Have to chase the staff to get any help. Alteration came back wrong as well. Going to other barkers shop to have it fixed. Would not recommend this particular store if you need any help.

Worst barbershop experience ever. Not because of the quality of the work, but because I didn't get my hair cut or my beard trimmed at all. When arriving for my appointment I was told they were running behind and to come back 20 minutes later. So I did, thinking that I was next in line, only to be later told by the stylist "I've got this gentleman to get done and you'll be next." A few minutes later I asked the guy at the counter about my beard trim appointment (no one realised I was booked for both hair and beard until I pointed it out...) and he said "oh yeah you're booked with the other stylist and he should be on time, so you can have your beard done first." I went back to my chair, waited some more and then asked the beard stylist whether I was next and turned out I was not. After waiting for a total of 55 minutes, I gave up and walked away. These people (and I mean the whole staff, not just the groom room stylists) need to work as team, share information with each other and the customers. It's a shame, this place is beautiful, and I was really excited to spend some time in a motorcycle themed store, but they will never see me again.
